| Tuesday we traveled to Germany and learned about Tannenbaums. |

| Wednesday we went to Holland where we learned about Sinter Klaas. He comes to the house and fills little boys and girls’ wooden shoes with surprises. |

Thursday we traveled to Mexico and learned about the legend of the poinsettia. We made marble painted poinsettias and lanterns. Next week we will be making a piñata that we will be breaking during our holiday party. |
| Today we traveled to Africa where we learned about Kwanzaa. We made Kwanzaa woven mats using the three Kwanzaa colors; red, green, and black. |
**Just a reminder the Holiday Party is on December 20th at 2:15. Please try to have a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or family friend come help with this very fun project.
